As you may know, Local Collective Agreement 77 expires at the end of this month, and it will be a particularly difficult round of negotiations, since the employer has already provided their proposal to the NSGEU and the FDFA. Your proposal calls for a 5% reduction in wages from July 1, 2020, with wages increasing by 0% in 2021, and freezing all other contract rights that would be frozen at the 2019-2020 level.
